Our Editor Bina, Ngoc Bich Ngan has officially signed a Contract with Ulisse Construction,
A Real Estate Developer based in St Leonard presided by Mr. Salvatore Ulisse, to build
The Editorial Office for the Trilingual Vom Troi Magazine.
The Place will also include a Cultural Center & other Communication & Business Services.
The Inauguration will soon be officially announced.
